From early childhood development to skills for employment, our education work centres the outcomes that are of value to each population. We design programmes and financing that deliver real change in people’s lives, including innovative and practical ways to measure outcomes that are not only meaningful to the population, but also support broader systems strengthening. Education is not only a fundamental human right but also the foundation for human capital development.
Our work, from supporting the scale-up of early childhood provision in Jordan and South Africa, to the design and delivery of a Development Impact Bond in the West Bank to get young people into work, underlines our commitment to that vision.
