Bethan Phillips
ANALYST

Bethan is an Analyst in the International Team and joined Social Finance in 2022. Her recent experience includes designing an outcomes-based contract for improved education outcomes in El Salvador and advising UN Women, the Government of Nuevo León (Mexico), and several foundations to design and operationalise an outcomes-based contract to enhance women's economic empowerment in Mexico. Bethan previously worked within the Health and Social Care Team at Social Finance on developing outcomes-based approaches to improve health outcomes. 

Prior to joining Social Finance, she worked in the field of international institutions and donor assurance. She has also worked at Amnesty International Chile on sexual and reproductive health rights and education, and with an English teaching programme run by the Chilean Government.

Bethan holds a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics.
